TOTAL VISIBILITY & JOB TRACKING

The administrator has complete visibility of the status of each job through the transcription process. The audit track allows showing user, time, and status change of the jobs, plus the ability to automatically update the priority of any job.

e-FILING CABINET

As the documents are transcribed, they become available to any authorized user for proper printing and distribution. One can easily locate documents searching by name or reference. This system can be used as a temporary or long term online repository of documents.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY

The bills generated reflect an accurate count of the lines, characters, or pages and follow the agreed contractual criteria of counting.

We offer full transcription as a utility service billed by the minute of dictation or transcribed line. Digital recorders can be either purchased or provided at no cost with a three-year subscription agreement. BILLS

We price using Microsoft Word Count (found in Tools Menu). We count the number of characters with spaces, divided by 65 (characters per line) and multiply by our rates per line. It helps us maintain a standard size of each line which is based on 65 characters.
