I was pleasantly surprised and most impressed with the quality/accuracy of the dictations as well as the turnaround time during this free trial! I actually was starting to just skim over the letters, before pasting into EMR, as I felt confident as each day passed with the reliable accuracy. I also was wowed when I saw that common sense was used where needed; if doctors mixed up names or sex of patient, etc., instead of typing exactly what the doctor said, they took the initiative of correcting on their own (much appreciated). I loved how my instructions were implemented immediately.
